We are looking for a Senior Manager of Applications to lead, transform, and innovate across our customer’s enterprise application ecosystem, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), UKG, Fleet Management, and other critical business platforms.

This role will partner closely with business leaders to understand operational challenges, define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver technology solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and business performance. The Senior Manager of Applications will be responsible for building strong partnerships, leading the application team, and driving modernization efforts that align technology capabilities with company goals.

The ideal candidate is a business-focused technology leader who enjoys solving complex problems, developing high-performing teams, and leveraging technology, automation, and innovation to transform business operations.

A Day in the Life:

As the Senior Manager of Applications, you will spend your time collaborating with business leaders and technology teams to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and deliver innovative solutions across our ERP ecosystem. You will engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements, prioritize initiatives, and create actionable plans that drive operational improvements. You will lead and mentor application teams, remove roadblocks, and ensure successful delivery of enhancements, integrations, and large-scale transformation projects. This role balances strategic planning with hands-on leadership while continuously looking for ways to modernize applications, improve processes, leverage emerging technologies, and deliver measurable value to the business.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

•\tLead and develop the application team responsible for supporting and enhancing enterprise platforms including Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Dynamics 365 CE, UKG, Fleet Management, and related business applications.

•\tPartner with business stakeholders to understand needs, define requirements, establish scope, and deliver technology solutions that improve business processes.

•\tDevelop project plans, prioritize initiatives, manage resources, and ensure solutions are delivered on time and aligned with business expectations.

•\tManage incoming demand by partnering with business leaders to align priorities, expectations, and team capacity.

•\tMentor and coach team members while ensuring resources are trained on technologies, standards, and best practices.

•\tIdentify opportunities to modernize applications, improve efficiency, automate processes, and leverage emerging technologies including AI.

•\tEstablish and promote application development standards including code reviews, documentation, quality practices, and maintainability.

•\tEnsure adherence to change management practices, version control standards, release processes, and compliance requirements.

•\tSupport governance activities including financial controls, audits, and SOX compliance efforts.
