Travel RN – Operating Room (OR) | Illinois\n

• Shift: 8-Hour Days + Call | 72 Guaranteed Hours / 2 Weeks (40 hrs one week, 32 hrs the next)
\n
• Experience: 1+ year OR RN experience preferred
\n
• Required: BLS, ACLS, Active IL RN License (or proof license is in process), Epic EMR
\n
• Cases: General, Ortho, Podiatry, OB/GYN (including C-sections), Urology, Dental
\n
• Call: 1 weeknight/week, 1 weekend/month, holidays as needed | 20-minute response time
\n
• Facility: 5 ORs + 1 Cystoscopy Room | 6–7 cases/day
\n
• Floating: PACU/GI preferred but not required
\n
• Facility Notes: No locals within 50 miles (local rate applies) | 12-hour orientation (non-billable) | 12-hour cancellation per 13-week contract
