A well-established,family-owned pediatric practice in Paterson, New Jersey is seeking a PediatricNurse Practitioner (PNP) to join its growing team. The practice has proudlyserved the community for over 30 years and maintains a strong, loyal patient base. This is a 100% outpatientposition with no inpatient rounding, deliveries, or call responsibilities,providing an excellent work-life balance. The practice offers flexiblefull-time or part-time scheduling, with optional Saturday coverage available.

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate degreein Nursing from an accredited program
• Certification as a PediatricNurse Practitioner (PNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Active or eligible for NewJersey Nurse Practitioner licensure
• Current DEA registration (orability to obtain)
• Strong clinical assessmentand diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication andpatient education abilities

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $120,000 – $140,000annually (based on experience)
