**Join Our Team as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist!** **Job Description:** - Exciting opportunity to perform general nuclear medicine examinations in a fast-paced hospital environment. - Engage in on-call services and therapeutic procedures, along with PET/CT patient exams. **Minimum Qualifications:** - Graduate of an Allied Health Education and Accreditation (CAHEA) accredited program or equivalent. - ARRT certification in nuclear medicine or Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB). - Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association. - Preferred: One (1) year of post-graduate work experience as a registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist. **Essential Job Functions:** - Conduct nuclear medicine quality control measures and patient exams as directed by medical staff. - Collaborate with Radiologists and other medical professionals during exams and procedures. - Perform necessary ancillary duties to ensure accurate distribution, billing, and archiving of exams. - Complete all required documentation for interpretation, reporting, archiving, and retrieval of exams. - Verify written/electronic orders and ensure timely performance and reporting of NM exams. - Participate in implementing, monitoring, and improving hospital quality indicators according to strategic plans. - Document the administration, receipt/return, decay, and disposal of radioactive materials following state and federal regulations. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** - Demonstrate sound judgment, patience, and maintain professionalism at all times. - Exercise tact, discretion, sensitivity, and maintain confidentiality. - Thrive in a busy and stressful environment while performing essential job functions successfully. - Adapt quickly to current and new computer applications and office equipment. - Exhibit strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. - Analyze, organize, and prioritize work to meet multiple deadlines effectively. **Schedule Requirements:** - Regular and sustained attendance is a must. - Availability to work beyond the standard 40-hour workweek, including weekends and after-hours shifts. - On-call work required to respond promptly to organizational, patient, or employee needs. **Shift Information:** - Day shift. - Holiday coverage required. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
