🩺 Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Perform rapid ER assessments and patient triage
\n
• Develop and implement patient care plans based on diagnosis
\n
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly
\n
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency interventions
\n
• Coordinate care with physicians and ancillary departments
\n
• Document patient care accurately in Cerner EMR
\n
• Educate patients and families on treatment and discharge
\n
• Ensure compliance with infection control & safety standards
\n

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of ER experience REQUIRED
\n
• Active California RN License (Required)
\n
• BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA or Red Cross) – Required
\n
• ENPC or NRP – Preferred
\n
• Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, rural emergency setting
\n
