Requirements\n

\n
• Active Montana RN License
\n
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience
\n
• Recent Emergency Room and Acute Care experience
\n
• Strong ER triage skills
\n
• Comfortable working independently in a rural Critical Access Hospital
\n
• Leadership skills with ability to supervise LPNs and CNAs
\n
• Team-oriented and willing to assist across departments, including Long-Term Care
\n
