- # Beds/Trauma Bays: 2 ER rooms with 1 overflow room if needed.

\n

- Nurse: Patient Ratios: 2 patients per nurse- Charge.

\n

- Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (TNCC preference).

\n

- Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Acute illnesses, Lacerations, ortho,

\n

Trauma, cardiac- ship out STEMI.

\n

- Experience: ER experience in similar settings.

\n

 

\n

- Shifts & Scheduling: Self Scheduling, 7-7 manager to balance, consider block.

\n

Scheduling on a case-to-case basis.

\n

- Weekend Requirements: Every other potentially every third weekend.

\n

- Holiday Requirements: Every other.

\n

- Is there call or a standby requirement: Low census on-call for extra shifts.

\n

- Floating Requirements: Float to MS units.
