Description

\n In this role, you will deliver comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in a step-down unit, performing assessments, developing care plans, and ensuring effective communication with families and healthcare teams. You will manage treatments, educate patients and families on care plans, and maintain patient confidentiality while addressing psychosocial needs.
