Facility Details:
\n - DRIVERS ONLY: The closest airport is 50 miles away.  No public transportation. This is a very small town
\n -Onsite housing: We have onsite housing that we offer for a $5/hour reduction in pay. It is a single room with a bed, small table, and bathroom. There is a shared living room and kitchenette down the hallway.
\n - Average 100 cases per month

Orientation:
\n - 8/10 start date
\n - 40hrs, 8 hr days
\n - 12 weeks
\n - Orientation on Mondays

Unit Details:
\n - BLS Required
\n - 2+ years of OR experience preferred
\n - scrubbing experience preferred
\n - General, Ortho, Urology, Podiatry, OB/GYN, Endoscopy experience required
\n - Number of Suites: 1 OR suite, 1 OR/OB suite, 1 procedure room, 6 pre-post bays, 2 bay PACU                                                                         
\n - Call Requirements: Yes call is required, typically 8-10 shifts per month, typically 1-3 weekend coverage unless needs are more
\n - Shift: DAYS
\n - SCH to low census “call off” staff one time every 2 weeks without penalty (AM add to confirmation)
