The Shift Leader is responsible for leading the team during assigned shifts by ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining product quality and food safety standards, supporting team members, managing daily operations, and helping the restaurant achieve its sales, service, and profitability goals while creating a positive and productive work environment.
