• Schedule: Hourly Full-Time | 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. | 4 days on / 4 days off

What You’ll Do

• Support corrugating and converting machine teams during setup, operation, and cleanup
• Maintain line flow, cleanliness, and safety in a fast-paced 24/7 environment
• Use measurement tools precisely to verify product specs
• Pitch in across roles as you cross-train with experienced operators

What You Bring

• Manufacturing background preferred
• Weekend availability (plant operates 24/7)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Team-first communication and reliability
• Comfort learning multiple positions and tasks
• Proficiency reading, writing, and speaking English
• Commitment to safety standards and good housekeeping
