Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• ?Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• ?Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
• ?1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
• ?Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence
• ?Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• ?Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations
