Meadowview Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic in-house rehabilitation team in Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced therapists in a collaborative Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation environment dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
As a PTA, you'll play an essential role in helping residents improve mobility, restore function, and maximize independence while delivering personalized, evidence-based care.
ResponsibilitiesProvide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Implement individualized treatment plans for short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents.
Assist patients in improving strength, balance, mobility, endurance, gait, and functional independence.
Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist.
Educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and fall prevention strategies.
Complete accurate and timely documentation using Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC).
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team to achieve the best possible patient outcomes.
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience with Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC) is a plus.
Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
