Registered Nurse (RN) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate Registered Nurses RN and Licensed Practical Nurses to join our great team. We are offering sign-on bonuses; $2,500 for Full-Time. We aim to provide the highest level of care for our residents and that starts with a happy staff.

Position Summary

Under the direction of the Director of Nurses, Registered Nurses RN and Licensed Practical Nurses delivers efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. He/she operates within the scope of practice defined by the State Nurse Practice Act. The RN/LPN contributes to nursing assessments and care planning, provides direct patient, and supervises patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Job Skills

• Current physical assessment skills and comprehensive knowledge of nursing principles required, including the ability to recognize and identify symptoms and manage emergency situations.

• Knowledge of medications, their proper dosage and expected results.

• Ability to coordinate, delegate and supervise nursing functions, problem solve and make decisions as necessary.

• Ability to create a patient-centered environment.

• Must follow facility's policies and procedures.

• Willing to work rotating shifts.
