Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, leadership ability, and demonstrated performance.

30-Day Field Evaluation Program (FEP):

Every new field employee begins their career with Reyes Floor Services through our 30 - Day Field Evaluation Program (FEP). The FEP evaluates each employee's craftsmanship, work ethic, safety commitment, professionalism, teamwork, reliability, and leadership potential.
Successful completion of the FEP may result in a full-time employment offer and eligibility for advancement within our structured career development program.

Career Development Path:

General Laborer → Commercial Flooring Apprentice → Commercial Flooring Installer → Commercial Flooring Foreman → Field Superintendent → Field Operations Manager
