Location: Long Beach, MS

Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week

Pay $20.00-$26.00 DOE

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder/Fitter with experience working on heavy equipment to join our team in Long Beach, MS. This role involves welding, fabricating, and repairing structural components on heavy machinery to ensure safety, durability, and performance. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Must-Haves


  • Minimum 3 years of MIG welding experience
  • Experience working on heavy equipment or similar industrial machinery
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
  • Proficient with MIG welding processes and equipment
  • Strong understanding of safety standards and procedures
  • Ability to lift, bend, and work in physically demanding conditions
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience with fabrication and structural repairs
  • Familiarity with stick welding (SMAW) or flux core welding (FCAW)
  • Previous work in construction, shipyard, or industrial environments
  • Welding certifications (AWS or equivalent)
  • Experience repairing buckets, frames, or heavy components
