About who needs care: My brother is recovering from a hypoxic brain injury. How much he will recover is still unknown. Currently he cannot use his hands well enough to feed himself. He cannot sit up without back and side support and he cannot stand up. His mental state is confused but has shown some improvement. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
