Babysitter - Full-time / Part-time

My little girl is very active and would love to be outside playing in dirt all day if she could. She takes a solid midday nap though. The nanny schedule would follow a firefighter schedule but just the day shift. Im other words it would be two days a week but the days shift each week. We can provide a schedule a year in advance. We also potentially can offer room and board if thay helps.
