I'm looking for a dependable, engaging caregiver who can provide a structured, enriching environment for my children while I work from home. The ideal person will plan age-appropriate educational activities, assist with our homeschooling curriculum, encourage outdoor play, creativity, and independent learning, and help establish a consistent daily routine. I'm looking for someone who enjoys teaching, is patient and proactive, and can keep my children actively learning and engaged throughout the day while I focus on work.
