Babysitter - Full-time / Part-time

Hi everyone! I'm looking for a reliable, trustworthy night nanny/babysitter for 3 nights a month. Hours: 10:00 p.m. 8:00 a.m. I have four children, but my three oldest are 11, 8, and 7 and will already be asleep during these hours. The primary responsibility would be providing overnight supervision and being available if needed. Pay: flat rate per night willing to discuss pay.
