Instructor/Kingdom Coach

Responsibilities

• Deliver dynamic lessons and coaching sessions tailored to children in specific age groups and ability to adjust classes based on age range
• Foster a positive atmosphere that promotes respect, engagement, and active participation
• Develop and implement curriculum plans aligned with Biblical principles, along with educating children on the importance of maintaining well-rounded nutrition daily
• Manage fitness activities effectively, ensuring safety, enjoyment and growth are top priorities
• Assess student progress regularly and offer constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes
• Collaborate with team members to plan special events, workshops, or outreach programs that extend learning beyond the weekly class schedule

Requirements

• Proven experience in coaching, teaching, or working with students across various age groups
• Strong background in youth programs teaching or classroom management with a focus on engaging diverse learners
• Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with students, parents, and team members
• Ability to create an inclusive environment that nurtures spiritual growth and character development
• Demonstrated ability to manage class dynamics confidently while maintaining discipline and order
• Passion for mentoring others and a commitment to living out kingdom principles through your work
