As a key member of our admissions department, Admissions Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring a seamless transition for new residents and their families. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the admission process for new residents, including paperwork, tours, and orientation

• Build rapport with potential residents and their families to understand their needs and preferences

• Conduct thorough assessments to ensure the best possible match between residents and our care services

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with referral sources, including physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with our care team to ensure a smooth transition for new residents

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in healthcare admissions or a related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a focus on customer service

• Ability to travel between communities: Jonesburg and New Florence
