What You’ll Do:

• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff on your unit

• Ensure high-quality clinical care and regulatory compliance

• Coordinate resident care plans and interdisciplinary communication

• Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a resident-first environment

• Maintain accurate documentation and support quality improvement efforts

Requirements:

• Active RN license

• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred

• Strong communication and leadership skills
