Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Summary:

Yes ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team in Reisterstown, Maryland. As a BCBA with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families affected by autism and related disorders. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive ABA programs tailored to the unique needs of each child, in collaboration with parents and other clinicians

  • Conduct assessments, behavioral analyzes, and data-based interventions to drive positive behavioral changes

  • Provide direct therapy services under the supervision of a licensed clinician

  • Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement treatment plans, ensuring continuity of care and effective communication

  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements:

  • Board Certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) as a BCBA

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field

  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities

  • Excellent communication, observation, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

  • Familiarity with evidence-based ABA treatment approaches and methodologies
