About the Role:
Nicholas D'Orazio MDPC is looking for a talented and compassionate Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing practice in Ronks, PA. asnd possibly at other sites accross Lasncaster and Dauphin County Pennsylvania. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside an experienced physician in a collaborative,Integrative holistic patient-centered environment where your clinical expertise truly makes a difference.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including history-taking and physical examinations
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions under physician collaboration
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging
• Prescribe medications and manage ongoing holistic and/or pharmacological treatment
• Provide patient education on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in then written patient charts

Requirements:

• Current PA-C or NP certification with an active Pennsylvania state license
• Graduate degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
• DEA registration and prescriptive authority in the state of Pennsylvania
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and care teams
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems preferred
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality patient care
