Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Duties

• Support the Director of Nursing (DON) in daily clinical operations

• Supervise and develop RNs, LPNs, and CNAs

• Maintain compliance and survey readiness

• Assist with scheduling and staff education

• Support quality assurance and care planning

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• ADON or nursing leadership experience

• Must have experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting
