Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Job Summary:
Achieving Stars Therapy is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with individuals, families, and caregivers to provide behavioral health services and interventions, as well as to provide supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases. This is a position as a Center Director, and includes overseeing day to day operations and oversight in the Center.
Duties:
- Oversight of day to day Center operations
- Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs
- Monitor and analyze client progress through data collection
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and caregivers
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB
- Experience working with children with autism
- Proficiency in behavioral assessments and interventions
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and caregivers

Pay: $85,000 - $100,000 annually
