Job Summary:
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Admissions/Intake Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our center. This person will help guide new clients through the intake process, answer calls, coordinate schedules, and support the day-to-day operations of the front office. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet new clients with warmth and professionalism

• Answer incoming phone calls, and help schedule appointments

• Conduct initial phone screenings, verification of benefits, and assist clients in completing intake forms

• Request and collect patient responsibility payment when needed

• Use our company vehicle to help transport clients

• Follow up with alumni clients to check in and offer continued support

• Assist with basic case management tasks and help connect clients with community resources

• Help out with social media content and basic marketing support

• Help with office and facility-related tasks to support smooth day-to-day operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly and approachable with strong communication skills

• Experience working in admissions or a call center setting

• Previous experience in a behavioral health

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks without getting overwhelmed

• Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record

• A team player who’s happy to help wherever needed
