We’re looking for an LPN or RN with SNF experience who knows their stuff and knows how to keep things human when the day gets wild.
Schedule is 2pm-10pm Monday-Friday
You’ll be:
Leading the floor like the calm, capable professional you are
Supporting CNAs, nurses, and residents (sometimes all at once)
Handling SNF life with confidence, competence, and common sense
Communicating with leadership that actually listens
Keeping standards high without killing morale
No toxic nonsense.
No “figure it out yourself” leadership.
No pretending staffing issues are your fault.
