Director of Nursing (DON)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Nursing to lead the clinical team at our standalone skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations

• Lead and support the clinical team

Qualifications

• Active RN license

• Previous DON or nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing/long-term care

• Strong leadership and communication skills
