Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation

• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with a variety of medical, surgical, and social needs

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to provide optimal care and support

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Document patient care and clinical data accurately and timely

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Oklahoma

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients with assistance as needed

• Strong communication and interprofessional collaboration skills
