Do you enjoy helping others and making a difference every day? Foxden Retirement Community is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and organized Transportation Coordinator to assist our residents with safe, reliable transportation while supporting an exceptional resident experience.

In our small, close-knit assisted living community, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents and become an important part of their daily lives.

Monday – Friday
Hours vary based on residents' scheduled appointments and transportation needs. Flexibility is required to accommodate daily appointment schedules.

• Safely transport residents to medical appointments, outings, and scheduled activities

• Coordinate transportation schedules and appointment logistics

• Assist residents in and out of the vehicle as needed

• Maintain transportation records and schedules

• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs

• Ensure resident safety and comfort during transportation

• Work closely with nursing staff, families, and healthcare providers to coordinate appointments

• Provide outstanding customer service and compassionate support to residents

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Previous experience transporting seniors or healthcare patients preferred

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Friendly, patient, and compassionate demeanor

• Ability to safely assist residents with mobility needs

• CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
