Per Diem | Night Shift | 8hr Shifts | $38.50/hour

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Aristos Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services to individuals with various medical conditions. Registered Nurse (RN) are responsible for providing personalized medical attention, administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing interventions to achieve patient goals

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical and psychosocial evaluations, to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with established protocols

• Monitor patient progress, identify potential complications, and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and implement patient care plans

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, including progress notes, medication administration records, and incident reports

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Ohio

• 1+ year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a rehabilitation or long-term care setting

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential complications and develop effective interventions
