What You’ll Do

• Assist with daily recreational programs and activities for residents
• Set up and lead games, crafts, parties, and special events
• Support creative activities such as ceramics, art projects, and seasonal decorations
• Escort residents to and from activities
• Encourage participation and social engagement for all residents
• Visit residents in their rooms to provide one-on-one interaction and support
• Assist with planning movies, events, and group activities
• Help with basic resident needs such as writing letters or running small errands
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely 

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience in activities or healthcare is a plus—but not required (we will train!)
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently when needed
• Passion for working with older adults
