As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) at Skilled Nursing Facility, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the exceptional care and quality of life for our residents. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our skilled nursing facility, fostering a positive and supportive environment, and promoting the highest standards of care and quality life.
About the Role:
Lead and manage the facility's administrative team, ensuring efficient and effective operations
Collaborate with medical, nursing, and support staff to develop and implement quality care plans
Develop and manage budgets, financial reports, and other administrative tasks
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, laws, and policies
Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and the community
Responsibilities:
• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including staffing, budgeting, and facility maintenance
• Quality Care: Ensure high-quality care is delivered to residents, including developing and implementing care plans and monitoring resident outcomes
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain compliance with regulations, laws, and policies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of records and reporting
• Staff Development: Foster a positive and supportive work environment, providing training and development opportunities for employees
• Community Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and the community
Requirements:
Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Licensure: Current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) certification
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a LNHA or in a related administrative role
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
