We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to help lead our clinical team. This role is critical in supporting the Director of Nursing with managing day-to-day nursing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and upholding our commitment to excellent resident care.
QualificationsValid RN or LPN license in NE
1 year of nursing experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing setting
At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
In-depth knowledge of SNF regulations, CMS guidelines, and best clinical practices
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Assist in overseeing nursing staff and day-to-day clinical operations within the skilled nursing facility.
Ensure compliance with state and federal long-term care regulations.
Support staff education, orientation, and ongoing training efforts.
Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and families to promote resident well-being.
Help manage audits, surveys, and infection control initiatives.
Serve as a role model for staff by promoting professionalism, teamwork, and high standards of care.
Monitor and support the implementation of care plans and quality improvement programs.
