Recruiter

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Title: Talent Acquisition (Short-Term Assignment)

Location: Opelika, AL

Pay Range: $35–$40/hour

Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (onsite)

What's the Job?

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand staffing needs, workforce plans, and recruiting priorities.
• Lead intake meetings and develop effective recruiting strategies to meet staffing goals.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support.
• Build strong candidate pipelines using various sourcing methods such as applicant tracking systems, employee referrals, job boards, social media, and direct sourcing.
• Coordinate interviews and hiring activities with recruiting support staff and hiring teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 3 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a high-volume recruiting setting.
• Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and social media recruiting platforms.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative partnering skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
