Join a busy salon where you can do what you do best—cut hair, connect with customers, and make people look and feel great.

You’ll get plenty of variety behind the chair. About one-third of our customers are women and two-thirds are men, plus we serve lots of seniors, families and kids. Different customers, different cuts—and a steady opportunity to build your skills and earn great tips.

Earn $20–$22/hour based on experience, plus tips. Our stylists can expect to earn around $35/hour with tips.

Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications:

• Cosmetology License and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
• The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
• The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don't worry, training is provided)
• The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
