About who needs care: Limited mobility; dementia (hallucinations); legally blind; diminished hearing About the care needs: A youthful female who is trained in assisting with: -mobility issues (support getting in and out of chair rarely using belt) -hygiene (sponge bath, brush teeth, clean up afterward) -feeding (warm and serve prepped food) -light cleaning (commode, take out garbage) Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
