Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our client's team in the education sector. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to two executives within the Dean's Office by managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing communications, and assisting with events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and daily schedules.
- Draft, edit, and respond to professional emails, letters, and other correspondence.
- Prepare materials and coordinate logistics for meetings, including executive and large-scale meetings.
- Assist with event planning, setup, coordination, and cleanup.
- Arrange and coordinate business travel, including itineraries and accommodations.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership.
- Perform filing, document management, and front desk reception duties as needed.
- Provide additional administrative and operational support on an ad hoc basis.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or administrative support role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Strong calendar management and time management skills.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to draft professional correspondence.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience preparing and coordinating executive meetings.
- Knowledge of corporate travel coordination.
- Event planning and event management experience.
