One Rig Design is a growing industry leader developing snowmobile accessories. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to execute our business growth initiatives and elevate our market presence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to craft innovative sales strategies, and foster strong dealer distributor relationships within a laid back, work-hard play-hard workplace environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for powersports, snowmobiling, and a strong competitive drive to pursue new sales and build the One Rig Design brand and business.  Outside sales experience is required, as this will be a sales-focused roll with direct involvement in daily sales operations and pursuits.

Duties

• Sales-focused roll with direct involvement in daily sales operations and pursuits.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives to expand market share and increase revenue streams.
• Maintain and expand current dealer and distributor network.
• Assist with development of marketing strategies and materials.
• Conduct detailed sales analytics using reporting tools to identify trends, forecast performance, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Prior sales and marketing experince within the powersports or similar/aligned industries.
• Experience with CRM software.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar platforms.
