Job Description
Palmer Group has partnered with our client in their search for a Human Resources Generalist! This role supports all areas of HR, including recruiting, onboarding, training, benefits administration, employee relations, HR records, and compliance. This role will also act as a key resource for employees and managers while helping ensure a positive workplace culture and compliance with employment laws. Apply now!
Work Model:
- On-Site
- Manage recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes
- Serve as a resource for employee and manager HR inquiries
- Support employee relations, investigations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
- Manage HR documentation, employee records, and HRIS data
- Coordinate training programs and track required employee training
- Administer benefits, leave programs, and employment-related documentation
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
- Assist with HR reporting, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in HR; experience in manufacturing preferred
- Knowledge of employee relations, FMLA, benefits, and employment law
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- SHRM-CP/PHR certification and Paylocity experience are a plus
