Position Summary

We are seeking a highly reliable and detail‑oriented Inventory & Quality Control Associate to support daily warehouse operations within a precision‑driven medical supply environment. This role requires exceptional accuracy, consistent attendance, and a strong commitment to maintaining high operational standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and capable of performing meticulous work in a fast‑paced setting.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Quality Control — Conduct thorough inspections of incoming products, verifying lot numbers, expiration dates, packaging integrity, and compliance requirements

  • Inventory Management — Maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, organize stock, and ensure proper documentation

  • Order Processing — Pick, pack, and prepare shipments with a high degree of accuracy

  • Operational Support — Assist with labeling, data entry, documentation, and general warehouse organization

  • Team Coordination — Support internal teams by providing product information, stock availability updates, and workflow assistance

Required Qualifications

  • Attention to Detail — Demonstrated ability to identify discrepancies and prevent errors

  • Accuracy & Precision — Consistently produces error‑free work in all inventory and QC tasks

  • Strong Attendance — Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a full‑time schedule

  • Work Ethic — Self‑motivated, dependable, and able to work without constant supervision

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse operations, or quality control

  • Proficiency with inventory systems, tracking tools, and basic computer applications

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment

  • Ability to lift 30–50 lbs. as needed

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in medical, surgical, or regulated product environments

  • Familiarity with shipping platforms and fulfillment processes

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills

  • Ability to adapt to evolving procedures and operational needs
