Patient Care Manager- Travel

MSSI is hiring! We're seeking a skilled and dedicated Patient Care Manager, for an upcoming contract.

Contract Length: 18 weeks

Shift: Variable: 8 or 12 hour shifts; Day/Evenings/Nights- Weekend coverage per unit need

Pay Package:

$4,000/weekly gross
40 hours per week guaranteed
$58.00/hour regular taxable
$100.00/hour overtime
Up to $644/weekly M&I
Up to $1,036/weekly Lodging

LOCAL RATE: $90.00/hour regular taxable

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring that services and programs provided through their assigned department/unit is child and family focused, clinically appropriate, operationally efficient, and achieves effective patient outcomes.
• The PCM will directly manage RN staff and assist in leadership of clinical support staff. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required; Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience or advanced degree in nursing leadership in lieu of experience.
• Informal leadership experience is preferred (charge RN, clinical educator, preceptor, etc.).
• Must have 3+ years of ED and/or ICU experience in a level 1 trauma center.
• Must have active Minnesota RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC and ENPC certifications.
