LINK Staffing is hiring a Shipping Auditor for a warehouse and shipping support role. This position is a good fit for someone with strong attention to detail who can review completed orders, check part numbers and quantities, verify shipping paperwork, and help prevent outbound shipping errors.

The Shipping Auditor plays an important role in making sure orders are accurate before they leave the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Audit completed orders before they are released for shipment
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and customer information
• Review shipping labels and paperwork for accuracy
• Check orders against shipping documentation
• Identify order discrepancies and work with the warehouse or shipping team to resolve them
• Maintain accurate audit records and report recurring issues
• Support shipping accuracy and inventory accuracy
• Work closely with shipping and logistics team members to improve order flow

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or order-checking experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable reviewing part numbers, quantities, labels, and shipping documents
• Able to identify and communicate order discrepancies
• Basic documentation and recordkeeping skills
• Able to manage time and complete audits before shipments leave
• Comfortable working with warehouse and shipping teams
• Knowledge of warehouse or shipping processes preferred
