Property Manager

Be a key part of the CPMG team as a Property Manager! In this role, you’ll manage daily property operations, support residents, and keep everything running smoothly. Your work will have a direct impact on the success of our community.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily property operations
• Handle leasing, move-ins, and resident communication
• Ensure maintenance requests are completed promptly and efficiently
• Lead and support on-site staff
• Maintain compliance with company policies and housing regulations

Requirements:

• Previous property management or related experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to multitask and solve problems proactively
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
