Apartment Maintenance Technician
Klamath Falls, OR
$20–$24/hour
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Career Strategies is hiring an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Klamath Falls, OR. If you have apartment maintenance experience and enjoy a hands-on role, we'd love to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
- Complete maintenance work orders promptly and efficiently
- Perform apartment make-readies and unit turns
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry issues
- Repair and maintain appliances as needed
- Assist with basic HVAC maintenance and repairs
- Maintain the overall appearance of the property, including light groundskeeping as needed
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents and team members
Qualifications:
- Previous apartment maintenance experience required
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, carpentry, and appliance repair
- Basic HVAC experience is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage daily priorities
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
- Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills
What We Offer:
- Pay: $20–$24 per hour
- Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Weekly pay
