Job Description
Position: Warehouse Cleaner
Pay Rate: $18.90/hourly
Location: Fremont, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Position Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Cleaners to assist with a short-term warehouse cleaning project. This role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment through deep cleaning, debris removal, and general housekeeping tasks. The ideal candidate is comfortable performing physical work and following directions in a fast-paced industrial setting.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Sweep and mop warehouse floors.
- Dust warehouse racking and shelving.
- Scrub rack footers and other designated warehouse areas.
- Remove shrink wrap, empty cardboard, and other debris.
- Remove pallets from storage slots and return pallets to their proper locations.
- Clean spills promptly and safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
- Follow all company safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
- Perform additional cleaning and general labor duties as assigned by the supervisor or lead.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse cleaning or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow directions and work independently.
- Strong work ethic with reliable attendance.
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
