Title: Data Center Logistics Coordinator

Location: Prineville, OR

Schedule: 50 hours/week (M-F 5X10's)

Pay: $22-31/hour + OT eligible

About the Role:

The Data Center Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are available when and where field teams need them. You'll oversee inventory, coordinate deliveries, manage warehouse organization, and help keep one of the country's largest data center construction projects operating efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or material management
• Construction, industrial, telecommunications, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Valid driver's license

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the ordering, receiving, storage, and distribution of construction materials
• Track inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
• Process purchase orders and material requests
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and physical audits
• Resolve shipping discrepancies and inventory issues
• Maintain organized warehouse and storage areas
• Support field crews by ensuring timely material availability
• Coordinate Inventory Specialists and assist with process improvements
