Independent Cleaning Subcontractors – Day & Evening Shifts Available

Tri-Cities Cleaning Services LLC is looking for dependable independent cleaning subcontractors to assist with commercial and residential cleaning throughout the Tri-Cities area.

We currently have opportunities for:

• Full-Time Day Shift
• Part-Time Day Shift
• Full-Time Evening Shift
• Part-Time Evening Shift

What You’ll Do

• Clean commercial offices, medical facilities, and other professional buildings
• Perform general cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, restroom sanitation, trash removal, and disinfecting
• Follow detailed cleaning specifications and quality standards
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide exceptional service to our clients

Subcontractor Requirements

• Must be legally able to work in the United States
• Must provide your own reliable transportation
• Cleaning experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right individuals
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform routine cleaning tasks
